the OS-R120T is one color screen printing and one hot stamping automatic printing machine, specially designed for screen printing on roll to roll products,aluminum-plastic laminated tube sheet, flexible circuit board sheet, heat transfer film, and kinds of coiled sheet products. the OS-R120T is flexible module unitavailable combines screen printing, hot stamping, and offset printing according to print requirements.
the OS-R120T is equipped withOMORN PLC and touch screen for easy set up and operation, and synchronous drive system includes German SICK re-registration sensor, Japan servo positioning system, deviation control system and tension control systemguarantee accurate re-registration and high quality printing.
Whencoiled sheet product loading on, 1) firstly goes to deviation control system and tension control system, 2) then hot stamping (silver or gold), 3) after that goes to screen printing (1 color print, 2 color print or more), 4) and automatically cured with high powered UV lamps after each screen printing station, which is available to install Fusion UV unit or LED UV unit. during the printing process, the Italy CCD system can be equipped to improve print quality and ensure production without printing defects.
