BT-150H is designed for the economical manufacturing and regrinding of cutting tools made from PCD, PCBN, CVD, tungsten, carbide and other materials. It can grind angles and radii on standard and nonstandard turning and milling inserts, boring tools, grooving tools and many types of special turning tools.

1. Mechanical Structure: the base of machine is made of solid casting with high quality. It can meet grinding requirements of any hard material.
2. Grinding Spindle: with high precision and variable frequency, the direct-drive spindle power is 3 Kw, max speed is 4000 r/min. the inner of spindle is cooled by recycling water. the axial run-out is 0.002 mm and radial run-out is 0.003 mm .
3. Pneumatic feed: the machine adopts the "constant pressure grinding" technology. the feed slider is driven by constant pressure air, making the grinding process balance and stability, ensuring high production efficiency and good finish on cutting edges.
4. Feeding work: the cutter approaches the grinding wheel and the cutter returns to the clamping position after finishing grinding, the two movements can realize fast forward and fast rewind of the cutter through the pneumatic feeding device, which can save auxiliary time up to 70%. the working feed is controlled by the servo motor through the electronic hand wheel, and the grinding efficiency is high.
5. Reciprocal pendulum mechanism of grinding head: using PLC control for the grinding head swing, stable and no vibration, the size can be easily controlled and the swing is adjusted freely between 0 to 30 mm, making the grinding wheel uniform consumption and timely self sharpening, ensuring the grinding precision and roughness.
6. Online CCD measurement: the use of zoom optical microscope and the CCD camera magnification technology. the magnification is optional between 25 ~ 80 times at will.
7. Grinding wheel spindle radial locking technology: the technology makes the two arc guide rail hold tight in concave and convex, with the spring of the elastic compression, adjusting angle automatically in the control panel through the motor. the utility model has the advantages of no clearance and smooth contact, and greatly improves the rigidity of the equipment. the adjustment of the grinding wheel elevation (relief angle of the tool) does not change the position of the center line of the grinding wheel. Therefore, coarse grinding and fine grinding need not to adjust the height of the grinding wheel.
