It is a device that the dust particles in the air is captured down when protecting air hole get through filter layer intercept so as to reach the purpose of gas-solid separation.
in includes bag-type duster and granule layer dust remover,the former is usually serve as filter layer by making use of organic or inorganic fiber fabric,while filtration layer of the latter is made from different size particles,such as quartz sand,river sand,ceramsite,slag,etc.with powder attached repeatlly to the filter bag surface,the powder layer thickening and flow resistance value also increase,pulse valve diaphragm is Issue instructions,lift and right submerged pulse valve opens,compressed air in the high pressure gas is through,if here is no dust or small to a certain degree,mechanical soot cleaning wok will stop.
by the attraction of induced draft fan, the dusty air is absorbed into ash bucket,through the effection of air deflector, the gas is distributed evenly onto each filter bag, then corase particles are intercepted in the outer surface of filter bag, but clean air will pass through and be discharged into the air.
the dust on the surface of filter bag will reduce permeability that leads to resistance increase of dust collector,so when it reach to set value (resistance or time),the pulse valve will be opened a short time(about 0.1s) under controlled by PLC, the high pressure gas instantly from air bag into injection pipe, and blowing out through injection holes in high speed.
When this high speed gas blows into filter bag, secondary airflow will generate, under their combined effection, filter bag inner pressure rapidly rise to make filter bag become convex,and when this deformation reach up to maxium value,it produce reverse acceleration, which helps to peel off dust from surface of filter bag.
