Manufacture Process:

1. Cut logs to sawn timber

2. Klin drying, assorting material and Conditioning sawn timber

3. Cut sawn timber to wood strips

4. Figner joint and edge glue the strips

5. Moulding

6. Cut to the request specification

7. Patching

8. Prime coating (for times for S4S) and Drying

9. Sanding

10. Painting (for times for S4S) and drying

Primed System:

Two Gesso coating of primer and one coating of water based primer paint. Total coating thickness is around 0.25mm

Quality Control:

No pith, no permitted machine marks, no Fibre tear or skip-dressing, no raise grain, but must be smooth, sanded finish on all four faces
