Working Principle

the Ore dressing piral classifier depends on different deposition speed of solid particle Due to their size difference and weight difference. Thin mineral particle can Float in the water and flow out, and the coarse mineral particle will deposit into the bottom of the cell, which is pushed up by screw and discharged. Classifier is a kind of mechanical classifying equipment. Classifier can Filtrate the powdery materials grinded by ball mill, transport the coarse Materials into inlet with screw, and discharge the filtrated fine materials through overflow pipe.

 

Structure

It Mainly consists of transmission device, screw, cell, movable lift, lower seat (bush) and discharge valve. the bottom seat adopts V-iron, and the machine Frame is welded and connected steel board. the water inlet and axis of the Screw axle adopt durable pig iron cover.
