Product Description:
this product, mainly contained Nitrogen and Phosphorus, is a kind of halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch for Polyolefin, especially for PP. Otherwise, the modified PP can pass glow-wire Test and GWIT 850&GWFI 960. Moreover, it is free from the restrictions of ROHS Directive 2002/95/EC approved by the EU and the Council. No Anti-dripping agent.

Processing:
1. We suggest the processing temperature Should below 250to avoid FR`s slight decomposition.
2. Keeping a certain vacuum degree when Processing in double-screw extruder.
3. Fillers (such as CaCO3, Talc, BaSO4)can affect the flame retardant Performance.
4. Glass Fiber can use in the system, but Affect product`s color.
5. Carbon black is also applied for the System, but the dosage should below 0.5%.
Packaging and Handling:
25kgs/bags with PE inner, handle with care, cold storage. In ventilated And dry condition.
