1. Product Description
the vacuum gas atomization equipment is used for producing spherical metal powders under certain condition. under vacuum conditio or with the protection of Argon/Nitrigon, the raw material metals are first melted in the melting chamber, then the melted liquid flow through the tundish(thermal persevation furnace) and the diversion tube. The liquid flow is cracked and atomized into small droplets by high pressure air flow. during the falling down, the droplets solidify into tiny spherical powders. The final powders are collected in the stainless steel container.
