1. Product Desciption

this equipment can be used in nuclear construction pipeline for induction heating  bending of stainless steel pipes, carbon steel pipes and alloy steel pipes. the principle is  as follows: the two ends of the steel pipe are fixed, and the bending radius is set at one end, the other end keeps bending at constant speed. The steel pipe is partially heated by electron magnetic induction coil. and it is cooled by suitable cooling medium for constant cooling and forming to set angle. this equipment uses a static frequency conversion  device of AC-DC-AC for heating. It can turn 50Hz three phase power frequency into single phase high frequency electrical power. this equipment takes advantages of electromagnetic induction principle which under the condition of vacuum and protective gas, the work piece is in alternating magnetic field which can generate eddy-current loss  to heat, and meet the heating requirement for melting, diathermanous, quenching and bending etc. this kind of heating method has features of fast heating, less burning loss, low labor intensity and qualified products. this product can mechanically achieve 1D bending radius mechanical clamp.
