3.Sending by post,buyer need to collect the parcel from pots office.

5.All the lamps are in SKD packing with standard export safety packing. Every item will include installation manual in English together with drawing. Basic installation is required.
6.In the process of dealing with customs clearance, we will do our utmost to help customer, but our company is not responsible for customs clearance. If you clearance is not timely and lead to the return of the goods or extra other fee,shall be borne by the customer.

Return&Warranty:
1.DOA(Dead on Arrival)or wrong item will be offered exchanged.Refund will be offered if stock is not available.
