Shopping Guide

 1.Online free shipping price only includes the product cost and the courier charge.Online price does not include any tax or custom clearance fee that may be levied in customer’s country ,we’ll try our best to help you to get the goods, but we’re not responsible for custom clearance in customer’s country.If the custom of your country imposes any import duty then the buyer is responsible to make any such payment.

 2.For the far and non-advantage route countries,the courier charge is munch more than to USA,England ect. And we have to add the extra shipping cost which is charged by the shipping company.Any for free shipping and seller shipping method orders,seller has the right to choose the most suitable forwarder to ship the order.

 3.Sending by post,buyer need to collect the parcel from pots office.

 4.On receipt of the parcel please open and check that all the items are in a good condition,are undamaged or are all correct. If this is not possible then sign the courier driver’s paperwork as “not inspected ”, If any item is found to be damaged then sign the courier drive’s paperwork as “not inspected”, if any item is found to be damaged then contact the delivery company to report the item as damaged item.

 5.All the lamps are in SKD packing with standard export safety packing. Every item will include installation manual in English together with drawing. Basic installation is required.

 6.In the process of dealing with customs clearance, we will do our utmost to help customer, but our company is not responsible for customs clearance. If you clearance is not timely and lead to the return of the goods or extra other fee,shall be borne by the customer.

   Return&Warranty:

 1.DOA(Dead on Arrival)or wrong item will be offered exchanged.Refund will be offered if stock is not available.

 2.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.Item must be returned undamaged in its original box.

 3.Buyer need to pay return shipping charge.

 4.If you want a refund for the item defect or some other quality problems, please contact us within 3 days after you receive it. The fee relating to the return post should be overtaken by customers.

 5.It is rarely that your package might be lost by post,and please don’t worry about it.
