- After you place an order, to guaranty a smooth, punctual delivery and arrival of your parcel, it is very important to keep yourself available when communication is necessary, for example, check your order messages regularly, keep your mobile phone in service, etc. Generally we will directly deliver your parcel without further communication; sometimes however, we need to check with you about the specification of the product you ordered before delivery, also, if the parcel arrives but you are not available by either mobile or landline, the parcel probably will be returned to the seller or get lost.
- Specifically, if you are from Russia, please make sure the contact name of the parcel is your full name. According to Russia custom policy, a parcel without a full name in the shipping document will be held by Russian custom for a certain period of time, then it will be returned to the seller or destroyed.
- If you have chosen free shipping delivery method, such as China Post Air Mail, Epacket, etc., considering these delivery methods are slower than such commercial express as UPS, DHL, FedEx, generally it will take 20-40 days to arrive, the longest time reaches even 60 days for some remote areas. So please wait patiently and do not start a dispute before buyer protection time runs out. Of course, you are always welcome to send us order messages to inquire the status of your order, and we will answer you promptly with detailed information.
- While the parcel arrives, please open the carton box and check the quality of the product, if you find the product damaged during delivery, please do not sign the parcel. Please take photos as proof and reject the parcel, then give us a feedback by sending an order message, we will resend or give you a full refund.
- If you find quality problem after signing the parcel, please do not directly start a dispute or simply give a negative feedback. The most efficient way to deal with the quality issue is to contact the seller for a solution. For buyers who directly start a dispute, we hope you to cancel the dispute first then we will support you with our best after-sale service; for buyers who simply give a negative feedback without contacting us first, it will be unnecessary for us to provide any further after-sale service.
