Product

The appearance of product and packing may be different from the photo in description because of different production batch. We do not accept dispute based on that.  - Most accessories and other products in photo MAY NOT be included in packing. If you have question about them, please contact us before purchasing.

Payment 

All major credit cards are accepted via Aliexpress's third party secure payment method ESCROW.  - Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase.

Order Processing  

We will process your order within 1 work days after payment is verified.  - Leave a message in order and we will endeavor to meet all your reasonable requirements.

Shipping    

Mostly parcel will be shipped within 2 work days after payment is verified.  - We ship to most countries worldwide except APO/FPO.  - We will decide the shipping method for all FREE SHIPPING orders. If you need a specific express service, please choose and pay for it when placing order.  - We provided track number for all orders (even the untrackable ones). Please keep track of your parcel in the order page. If you have any problem doing that, contact us and we will try to solve it for you.  - We only ship to the address you provided in order. But you can leave a message to tell us if anything is wrong.  - Orders under $7 might be sent via UNTRACKABLE unregistered mail. If you don't get it in time, we will only accept dispute after buyer protection ends (mostly 60 days).  - Import duties, taxes and other charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your custom office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.  - If the package is returned before deliever due to buyer's responsibility, buyer will be charged for sending and returning shipping.

Dispute & Refund    

Product may suffer from damage during international transportation. We don't hesitate to refund for damaged product. But buyer should contact us before opening dispute. For minor damage, 30% is the best we can offer.  - If a product does not function properly or is different from what you ordered, please contact us for solution.  - Any dispute for a full or near full refund while buyer wants to keep the functional product is UNACCEPTABLE.  - Please read all description carefully. We will not accept dispute for the reason like 'I don't like it' or 'I can't light it without accessories'.  - For exchange and return, buyer will be responsible for returning shipping fee.
