If LED Filament Bulbs supplied by AntikLite were (found) inferior or defective such as but not limited to, ‘does not illuminate’, ‘Dead LED Filament bar(s) or LED chip(s)’, or ‘lower initial brightness and/or CRI than claimed in the above specification sheet’, ‘dimming performance not as described’ and ‘bad light attenuation’, AntikLite would have to refund about the problematic LED Filament Bulb(s) at AntikLite’s discretion. Bad light attenuation means over 30% loss of LED Filament Bulb’s initial brightness after its first two years in service, running no more than 5 Hours per day averagely in a year.
YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM IS APPLICABLE WITHIN A PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS AFTER THE DATE OF THE RECEIPT OF YOUR PURCHASED LED FILAMENT BULB(S). In order for us to process your warranty claim, please make email contact to AntikLite first. When AntikLite finds your claim reasonable, AntikLite will offer a monetary compensation which satisfies both parties.
WARRANTY IS VOID IF LED FILAMENT BULB IS NOT USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS MANUFACTURED. AntikLite shall not offer any compensation when it comes to the following four circumstances.
1. Subjected to abuse against its rated ingress protection level, or improper handling and storage, or neglect;
2. Misused where constant illumination is required.
3. Improperly wired or installed;
4. Damages as the result of fire, flood, acts of God or other acts which are outside AntikLite’s control and which the Product is not specified to tolerate.
