2. We will offer a full refund/free exchange if the item is DOA(dead on arrival) or defective upon recieving the package. If the item is not defective, buyer must pay 10% restocking fee plus shipping fee for return/exchange.

4. Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the date report the problem.
