International buyers-please notice

1.  we usually remark your parcel as Gift in a low value

2.  Import duties,taxes and charges are not included in the items price or the shipping charges.

3.  Buyer from Brazil , please double notice , if you choice ship by UPS , please leave us your CPF no. And Brazil customs house asked must be put the value .

4.  We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

5.  SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.

6.  If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction

 RETURN&REFUND

1.  When you sign the parcel please make sure the parcel is no damaged .

2.  We only accept the return & refund reason is quality and wrong goods .

3.  If you found the items have damaged or wrong , please contact us , after we confirm we will replace for you .

4.  if you don’t like it when you received in 7 days . Please also contact us ,if you want return the goods , you should pay the shipping cost .

5.  We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised
