Notes:

• When Electric spindle clamps the tool, it must be cleaned for chuck and nut , avoid to affect the accuracy, it need  be bigger than 15 mm when tool insert handle collet. 

• Electric spindle  must be warmed up as machining , when the processing speed reach to working speed, it is processing after runing 15 to 20 minutes. Electric spindle should stop two hours a day in order to restore mechanical fatigue, thereby prolonging life.

• Non-beat electric spindle end cap, unloading is prohibited knife and beat the collet head. Transportation, storage and use of non-collision, especially the shaft.

• Electric spindle must be operated in the specified direction.

• Electro-spindle in the preservation and transport, the state for high-speed grease which in the bearing will be changed, spindle need be run with low  speed before using. Running should with a run minimum speed to electric spindle, running with 3,000 rpm after 30 minutes by differential binary numbers, running 20 minutes per file, if it runs with high speed directly, it will produce abnormal sound, noise, heat and other phenomena , it will affect bearing life.

• Electric spindle using an air seal, oil-water separator shall be air dried before use filters, pressure in 0.2-0.25Mpa, filtering accuracy 5μm, otherwise it will cause bearing damage.
