1. Escrow (for retail):

Escrow is FREE secure payment service that is automatically available on all transactions. This service ensures that payment is released to the supplier only after you confirm satisfactory receipt of your order. That?s to say, you need to send your money to the platform, and after receiving the items, the platform will transfer your payment to us, and so your payment is 100% safe.

 

2. T/T (for wholesale): 30% deposit and balance 70% by T/T before shipment.

 

 

1. Before placing order, please contact us for confirming the way of shipping. If not, we will deliver the goods by DHL or other express company. And we will not be responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues caused by the express company. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. Most items will be sent out within 7-20 DAYS after your payment is confirmed.

 

2. Besides, please make sure your shipping address is correct. We will only follow your address listed in the order. If you want to change the shipping address, please contact us before the shipment is made via Trademanager. And due to the secure reason, we do not allow the address changed through e-mail. And we will not take any responsibility if your give us a wrong address. By the way, a phone number is recommended for a more accurate delivery.If the parcel are returned because of buyer reasons (such as wrong address information, unclaimed, unwilling to assist custom clearance, rejected goods without any reason, etc.), buyer should pay for the freight cost of back and forth, plus operating cost which is 25% of goods' price

 

3. Online price does not include any extra tax or custom clearance fee in customer country, we will try our best to help you to get the goods, but we are not responsible for custom clearance in customer's country.
In order to ensure you receive the goods tax free upon import, we will declare it as a 'GIFT' with a lower price. This lower price does not reflect the real price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If any import charges or fees, the buyer should pay for it.

 

1. Before placing order, you are recommended to state your requirements clearly to us in order to avoid any mistakes; meanwhile, you can get more discounts for larger order quantity.

 2. Since we don't have every light in stock, please contact us for confirmation before placing order.

 3. We are trying to make the digital images as accurate as possible. However, different screens may cause colors to vary slightly.

 4. The lamps are lit to illustrate the radiance when taking photos. Due to the nature of stained glass, colors may differ slightly.

1. We provide one year warranty. If the item is defective(it never happened since we sold chandeliers), please notify us within 3 days when you receive the goods.

 2. All items must be returned in their original condition and packing in order to qualify for exchange of goods.

 3. Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.

 4. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
