1, Our company produces gear rack are 45 # steel, except in addition to custom.
2, Gear rack and pinion since it is a steel manufacturing, stock can not sale our in one day, over time the surface will rust, but this does not affect the use, if you mind pls dont buy it.

4, Gear teeth has high-frequency quenching, hardness, rack tooth portion does not quench, quenching need to add USD 4/meter.
