Product installation and wiring:
Personnel to install the controller must have some knowledge of electrical theory and practical experience of the technical staff , and in strict accordance with the instructions specified in the steps performed and the way !
PV panels installed components , the external circuit construction completion , should be securely connected and operating system components in the following order .
1.open the packaging to confirm the device is not due to transport damage. Please pre- wiring the front panel power switch is in the "off " state.
2.the controller is installed in the specified location. (Note:The installation location should retain the necessary installation space to ensure proper cooling controller,and installation,the ambient temperature must not exceed the operating temperature range of the controller.)
3.please use the multi-strand insulated copper wire installation . First, determine the length of the wire , in the case that the installation location , to minimize power consumption , and in accordance with the requirements and select wire size.
4.with a length of not more than 1 meter above 3 6 mm2 copper cable in parallel with the device after the battery panel " battery (BATTERY)" terminals connected to note the distinction between positive and negative . Connect the battery terminals when connecting the controller, and then the other end is connected to the battery . Although anti-reverse protection , but still prohibited reverse battery!
5.the solar panels obscured its positive and negative with the device panel "Solar (SOLAR INPUT)" terminals. The first connection is connected to the input terminal of the controller on the solar and then the other end is connected to the solar panel.
6.carefully check each cable is securely without loosening and ensure the correct removal of solar shelter.
