1.We offer one year warranty on our products.(flexible strip,rigid strip and holiday light only offer half year warranty) 

2.We reject any system dispute, if you find any problem of our product, please 

contract with us, we will try our best to resolve with you.

3.Please check the package when receiving the shipment,if have any damage,please 

take pictures and show to the courier. And have better do a Customer Complaint to 

the Express company.

4.You have 7 inspection days, If you found any defective product ,please contact to 

us within 7days since you have received the shipment.

5.Please also provide pictures or video to showing the defective products and package , and help us to do the inspection.we will

 decide to supply a new lamp or installation kit for replacement on the basis of your video and pictures, we also consider your 

suggestion, if you have any request, please feel free to let us know.

6.In one year warranty, the all replacement is free, but we won’t pay the shipping 

charge. In order to saving your shipping cost, We can send the replacement together 

with your new order. 

7.After 7 inspection days , we wont do any money refund or whole lamp replacement, 

but we will supply replacement of installation kit free in the whole warranty.
