XG-100 (60/100 bottles/hour) This washing & filling machine is used for filling pure water, distilled water, mineral water and other no bacteria liquid. It contains five functions: washing bottle, filling, cap hitching,capping and output. The control system adopts PLC of Panasonic. The machine works orderly, as follows: Loading the bottle → disinfectant flushing bottle →drying→ sterilized water (purified water) flushing bottle → filling water product → covering the bottle cap → pressing the cap on → output the finished bottle (of the machine)
