FAQ:

1: How to use the wireless remote control confetti machine?

A: connect the gas hose with elecrical air compressor and confetti machine. start the air compressor. the normal gas charging time need 1-2 mins. connect the power cable and  push the remote controller. the sloeniod valve will open and machine will jet immediately. 

2: how much gas should i charge into the machine?

A: You can see the gauge pointer moving when charging the gas. make sure the pointer between 8-10kgf/cm3. 

3: if i forget to close the air compressor. will the machine gas stored tank exploded?

A: of course not. if there are too much gas. the saftety valve will open and leak the gas to outside. but just be careful using.

4: if i can not find the air compressor. what should i do?

A: we also have air compressor for selling. if you like, you can order from us.( we suggest the packing way by flight case due to big weight. the carton box is too fragile)

5: when i finish the gas charging, can i disconnect the gas hose and move the machine to other place and shot as i want?

A: yes. the machine gas valve is one way. it can block the gas when you disconnect the gas hose.
