FAQ:

1: what is your battery size and how long do i need to charge the battery? how long can i use the light by battery?

A: the battery size is 13200MHA. normally charging time need 4-5 hours. if you open single color, the working life can be 5-6 hours. if you open full color. the working life can be 3-4 hours. there are battery life indicator on back side of the light. we can see the battery working condition.

2: the standard packing way is carton box. can i choose charging flight case?

A: yes. we have 6in1/8in1/10in1 charging flight case to choose. the flight case has wheels under it and stackable design. ( you can put another flight case on it directly)

3: do you have black color case?

A: yes, the standard color is white color. customer can leave message to require black color. the price is same.

4: why the wireless receiver, the anntena position is changed and now it is built in design?

A: the anneta to be outside is very easy to break and need to replace the new one. so our anneta is embedded design. the wireless receive effect is same. no difference.

5: can i choose bigger size battery?

A: No. there is no space for it. or you can choose 12*18W wireless battery led par light and that battery size is 24500MHA.

6: i need remote controller to control the led par light, do you have it?

A: yes. we have it. from the wireless battery led par light series. you can see we have new model and support wireless remote controller. it is infrared control. the led par light has full color LCD display screen.

7: why there are many different sales quantity. for example 8pcs/lot or 12pcs/lot, what is the differece?

A: this is our company sales promotion discount. the more you purchase, the cheaper price you can get.
