1:  what kind of led color can i choose? 

A: we offer white coloor SMD 5050 Led lamps to choose. if you need RGB 3in1. the price will increase a little.

 

2: can i choose other floor color?

A: the standard color for floor is white color. you also can choose black color. the price is same.

 

3: can i choose the shipping way by express?

A: yes. no problem. but we suggest customer choose the shipping way by sea. because the floor is big size and heavy weight. the shipping cost by express will be super expensive.  the shipping way by sea can reduce the cost a lot.

 

4: what about the anti-kick aluminum frame and other spare parts price?

A: the anti-kick aluminum frame is 12USD/meter. the power supply and remote controller is 100USD/set. (one power supply can supply power to 50pcs floors)

 

5: what about the packing way?

A: the standard packing way is carton box with foam. you also can choose the packing way by 10in1 flight case. the price is 150USD/pcs.

 

6: can i order the floors by aliexpress?

A: if you want to ship by sea. sorry then you can not order by aliexpress. becuase we can not input express shipping number. you can pay the money by paypal or bank transfer.

 

7: is the floor waterproof?

A: the floor is not waterproof. especially for the power connector. so you can not make the floors to outside in the rain. it will cause the electricity leaking problem.

 

8: how can i repair the damaged led lamps?

A: you just need to use knife to separate the floor panel and basement. after changing the led lamps. use glue to seal the connection area again.

 

9: why the floors looks color is yellow?

A: the floors are covered by kraft paper. when you received it. you can remove the paper directly. this is a good protection way from scratch during shipping.

 

10: how to assemble the floors together? and how to control the floors?

A: each floors equipped with 8pcs power connector. you just need to connect floors together one by one. that is ok. the floor has build in main board. can receive the wireless signal from controller and working.

 

11: how can i know that how many floors do i need?
