FAQ:

There are many company in china produce 230W moving head light. what is your advantage?

A: yes, there are many company produce 230W moving head light, but most of company for reducing the spare parts cost. they will do such ways:

    1): not original 7R osram lamp.  the working life and brightness. smooth level will not be super bad. also working life is short. we are using original Philips lamp. ( please note. it is not Platinum philips)

          there are many chinese company produce lamp and paint philips logo. easy to cheat to customes. 

    2): the cooling fan. some cheap fan also can reduce the producing cost a lot. we are using cooling fan brand: NMB.  the cheap cooling fan will cause bad effect to the lamp working. the lamp will dead very soon.

    3):  the bearing is alao a big point. the cheap bearing easy to make noise. or make the x and y axis stop working.

    4): main board.  this is very important point!  some main board is not stable. and DMX channels also strange. not same to clay paky company original model. and also the factory setting is not easy to adjust.

   5): the lens film coating. we purchase the lens coated with 6 level film. most of company will only choose 3 level film lens. that is cheaper a lot.

   6): the standand packing way is carton box. we will purchase a wooden case to pack the carton box again. this is a good way to protect the lights. (some company will use carton box only)

  7): we offer 1 year products warranty time. during this time if any spare parts has problem and need to replace. we will offer to customer and no money charge. we pay all the shipping cost. this is what we can promise. ( some company will lie to customer and sell with a cheap price. then charge every spare parts with high price)
