Drive DC voltage: 3V is not that the driver output is 3V, but each straw hat lamp bead can accept voltage is 3V!!!!!! (for some buyers using the multimeter, measure 200V - 300V,which is normal phenomenon, is not a so-called ac 200v, not electricity cuts
