Your oil filter can't catch everything and does not!
The smallest particles are metal particles and they can destroy your engine very quickly!
Since the oil in the sump runs through the oil pump before it hits the filter (if it has one), the filter can't really protect the pump.
Stop engine damage before it can begin!
These magnetic drain plugs are new and come with a new crush gasket to stop leaks.
The magnet is triple nickel coated for strength and durability.
Beware of sellers with exposed black magnets.
These do not last and are harder to clean off
