Description

The latest upgraded 5 axis breakout board is specially designed for the CNC single axis 2-phase stepper driver controller. The breakout board uses high-performance three-state driver 74HC244 and Schmitt inverter 74HC14. The input signal is amplified, rectified, filtered to make the drive capability of the output signal more stable and stronger. With this 5 axis breakout board, any 1-5 Microstepper driver controllers can be directly controlled by the PC via the MACH3, KCAM4, WinPc Light etc. parallel-control CNC software.

The M335 is a high performance microstepping driver with low price. The M335 adopts single-chip PWM bipolar sinusoidal chopper to ensure low vibration and high efficiency. It is suitable for driving 2-phase and 4-phase hybrid stepping motors, so the Nema16, Nema17, Nema23 stepper motors with a 0.5A-3.5A current will be suitable.

I. 5-Axis Breakout Board

Current Selection

Output current of the power supply can be calculated by the following formula

Output current = Rated current of your stepper motors x quantity + 2A

If the supply current is too low for the drivers, it will easily burn the drivers.

Please SHUT DOWN the power before you plug or unplug the connectors and adjust the DIP Switches to avoid burning up the board.
