Description of Brushless Servo Motor Driver:

 

 

 

Leadshine's fully digital AC servo drive ACS606 is developed with 32-bit DSP based on advanced control algorithm. Since its input commands are PUL/DIR signals, the users can upgrade stepping drives to the ACS606 without changing control systems. The ACS606 can offer high precision, high speed and high reliability performance, and widely used in inkjet printers, engraving machines, and etc. A built-in controller can be used for testing and tuning. PC based and handheld configuration & tuning tools can meet different tuning environments or requirements. The ACS606 can drive both DC brushless and AC servo motors.But it is more suitable for the DC brushless servo motors. Compare to the ACS806, the ACS606 has less I/O, thus has smaller size and higher cost-effective

Leadshine's BLM series motors are highly cost-effective brushless DC servo motors. Rated speed of BLM series motors is 3000 rpm, and that of 57BL series is 4000 rpm. Standard model includes a standard 1000 line encoder with differential encoder signals (A, B), and Hall Sensors with standard Hall signals (U, V, W).

 

When driven by Leadshine ACS series servo drives, the BLM and 57BL series motors can meet requirements of many applications requiring speed from as low as 1 rpm to as high as 4000 rpm. They are able to offer AC-servo-like performance, such as high speed, high precision, low motor noise and low heating performance, while at the cost of normal stepping systems.

 

BLM series motors are flange mounted motors, and mounting are compatible with NEMA23 stepping motors. The 57BL series are screw mounted motors.
