PLS +: Step pulse signal input Positive terminal or forward step pulse signal input positive terminal

PLS-: Step pulse signal input negative terminal or forward step pulse signal input negative terminal

DIR +: Forward direction signal input Positive terminal or reverse step pulse signal input positive terminal

DIR-: Stepping direction signal input negative terminal or reverse step pulse signal input negative terminal

ENL +: Off-line enable reset signal input positive terminal

ENL-: Offline enable reset signal input negative terminal

When the offline enable signal is active, the drive fault is reset, any valid pulses are disabled, the output power element of the drive is turned off, and the motor has no hold torque.

 

2, the control signal connection

   On the position machine control signal may the high level effective, may also the low level is effective. When the high effective, the control of all the negative signals together as a signal to the ground, low-effective, the control of all the positive signals together as the signal common.

Note: When VCC is 5V, R is shorted.

VCC value of 12V, R is 1K, greater than 1 / 8W resistance;

VCC value of 24V, R is 2K, greater than 1 / 8W resistance;

R must be connected to the controller signal terminal.

1. Set the number of steps per motor revolution

The number of steps of the motor can be set to 200, 400, 500, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600, 2000, 2500, 3200, 4000, 5000, 6400, 8000, 10000 and 12800 steps. The user can set the number of steps in the drive by setting bits SW5, SW6, SW7, SW8 on the front panel of the drive (see Table 1):

 

2, control mode selection

DIP switch SW4 can be set to two control modes:

When set to "OFF", there is a half-flow function.

When set to "ON", there is no half-flow function.

 

3, set the output phase current

In order to drive stepping motors with different torque, the user can set the output current (RMS) of the driver by the DIP switches SW1, SW2, SW3 on the drive panel. The output current of each switch position is different. The corresponding output current value is different. See Table 2 specifically.

4, half-flow function

The half-current function means that the driver output current is automatically reduced to 70% of the rated output current after 500 ms without stepping pulses to prevent the motor from heating up.

 

Four power interface

1, AC1, AC2, PE: Connect the power to the drive

When the power supply voltage is 220V AC input, the maximum current is 5A. Power cord cross-section ≥1.5 mm2, as short as possible. The AC1 and AC2 terminals of the driver are terminated with a power supply, and a 6A fuse is connected externally. PE ground terminal.

2, A + A - B + B -: A two-phase hybrid stepping motor is connected

   Drive and two-phase hybrid stepping motor connection using four-wire system, the motor winding parallel and series connection, and connection method, high-speed performance, but the drive current (for the motor winding current 1.73 times)

In series connection, the drive current is equal to the motor winding current.

Note: If the power supply without isolation transformer, must make the ground terminal of the drive sports and the motor reliable ground.

 

Five installation

Around 20 mm of space, can not be placed on other heating equipment, to avoid dust, oil mist, corrosive gases, humidity is too large and strong vibration sites.
