This model is the upgraded version of M542. It can fit nema 17, 23, and nema 34 (with body length less than 80mm and current less than 4.5A.)

If nema 34 with large body, driver DM8060H can be selected.

 

 

MD450 model 2-phase hybrid stepping motor driver, suitable voltage supply DC18-50V or AC 18V-36V , input current of less than 4.0A, equip with NEMA17 23 34 two-phase hybrid stepper motor. With technology of servo driver's current loop subdivision control, it has features of small vibration, smooth running and very very low noise under low-speed , larger torque than other models in the market at even high speed and super precision positioning.

 

 

 

Application:

 

Widely used in engraving machines, CNC machine tools, packaging machinery, transmission equipment and other devices that require a higher resolution.

 

 

  The control signal definitions:

 

DIR-: Negative terminal of  step directions input signal or reverse direction signal input 
    ENA+: Positive terminal of enabling offline input signal
    ENA-: Negative terminal of enabling offline input signal   

   Offline enable signal is active once driving failure, and prevent any effective pulse, at the same time, the driver components of output power is closed, and motor no holding torque.

Installation:

 

To have 20mm of space around, can not be placed next to other heating devices, to avoid dust, oil mist, corrosive gas, humidity, vibration is too large and strong places.
