Application:

A) Connect the power supply and the motor cable: Connect the motor winding wire (3 line) and the power line by the mark on the drive board

B) connected to the Hall line: according to the motor on the Hall line logo, connect with JYQD_V7.0 on the Hall termination

C) then control the terminal: by the speed, forward and reverse, as shown in the figure will be speed potentiometer, forward and reverse switch, enable switch connected

D) after a / b / c in front of three steps, you can power test (run), and must pay attention to power before the power supply voltage is consistent

E) normally, when the speed control from 0V to 5V plus voltage, the motor should start from the stop state, and can balance the operation

F) SC Enabled: When this function is not used, it can be connected to 5V or floating

 

Note:

A) Before application, make sure that your motor operating voltage, current and speed match the control board.

B) Before powering on, be sure to check that the polarity of the power supply is correct and if there is a short circuit

C) the motor from start to run, if the heat is serious, the current exceeds the normal value, and the speed does not go, you need to immediately stop the acceleration, and disconnect the power

 

 

Failure and exclusion:

A) The motor can not start normally: Please check the power supply is normal, the motor connection is correct, the speed voltage is normal, the enable side is high

(Enable side in the normal use should be 5V, when the energy can be 0V)

B) Hall phase sequence does not match the motor windings, adjust the three Hall lines until the motor runs smoothly
