Production Description

1. Summary 
the dual-layer jacket design is Added at the bottom of the disk of the spiral vibrating elevator, to strengthen Cooling and heat transfer by feeding cooling water.

2.Characteristics
1) the water jacket, which is Punched and formed by the mould, can withstand 5bar pressure but not be Deformed.

2) the composite hose with high performance can withstand the long-term Vibration without cracks.

3)the water inlet and water outlet distribution towers are controlled by the Independent ball valves so as to adjust the discharge capacities of every Layers.

4) the water inlet is configured with the filter with high precision of which the filter precision is 0.5um-1um, so as to effectively prevent impurities from Precipitating and scaling in the jacket.

5) Provide the cleaning maintenance to the jacket so as to ensure the cooling and heat transfer performance.
