Maintenance                                                

(1) Separator of air source in two-join parts should be cleaned regularly. When drain water away, please up thrust the knob, then water will flow out from the hole in the Bottom of the machine. after draining turn the knob back.

(2) Filter Element and water store cups should be cleaned regularly (every three weeks). Clean the filter element in mineral oil, and Then dry it with Compressed air. Rinsing the oil cup in petroleum solution, prevent the injury and blurred vision.

(3) Put lubricating Grease regularly in bearing pedestal (every half an hour).

(4) Add 5-10 type machine oil to two-joint parts regularly, oil level should not beyond 2/3, and installed the store cup in original place. Oil mass adjustment of oil Feeder: the pointer of oil feeder has pointed to adjustable number " 0", this is the smallest oil feeding quantity. Adjustable number " 9" means the biggest oil Feeding quantity. Oil feeding quantity can be adjusted according to the oil Content of air source; the best condition is making the pointer between0 and 1.  

(5) Maintenance of sealing machine: please note to check the specification and add machine oil to joints (please remember the maintaining methods)

Checking Before using, working sound must be normal.

Oil adding Must on time, two or three times for each using.

Threading Order must be right, refer to the details in the specification.

Thread Tension must be moderate, upper thread tight and under thread loose.

Operation Methods must be right, take the bag against pulling.

Adjustment of stitch length must depend on the parameter; link stopper should not bump against each other.

Changing of needles, the concave should be look-ahead and insert to the end.

Sewing and Transferring must in the same speed, so that can realize a good sewing effect.

Mechanical Properties must be protecting, tightening the screws and cleaning the machinery after using.

Keeping in Good repair all the time, and it will increase working life.
