1. Standard  KVVP PVC Insulated Control Cable 5 core Flexible Cable 1.5mm2 2.5mm2 4mm2
 
the control cable can be produced according to the standard GB9330-1988,IEC,DIN,BS,and the factory can also manufacture the cables in accordance with other standards.
 
2. Scope of Application
 
the control cable are suitable for the wiring of electrical controlling equipments and instrument,monitoring and controlling return circuit,electrical protection and measurement in power distribution unit under the circumstance that the rated voltage is up to 450/750V AC.
 
3. KVVP PVC Insulated Control Cable Flexible Cable 1.5mm2 2.5mm2 4mm2
 
1) Max. Rated Temperature of the Conductor Is 90oc
 
2) Max. Short-Circuit Temperature of the Conductor Shall Not Exceed 250oc
 
3) Max. Sustaining Period Not Ecxeed 5 Seconds.

5) Recommended Permissible Bending Radius:
A)for Non-Armormed Cable,Shall Not Be Less Than 6 Times of the Cable's Overall Diameter.
B)for Armored Or Copper Tape Shielded Cable,Shall Not Be Less Than 12 Times of the Cable's Overall Diameter.
C)for Soft Cable with Shield Layer,Shall Not Be Less Than 6 Times Of the Cable's Overall Diameter.

5.Service Conditions  
(1) the long-time working temperature of conductor of PVC insulated cable is 70oC
the long-time working temperature of conductor of XLPE insulated cable is 90oC
 
(2)  the temperature for laying the cables cannot be lower than 0oC.Permissible bending radius(r):unarmoured cable:r6D;(D: outer diameter of the cable);armoured or copper-tape screened cable:r12D;shielded flexible cable:r6D screen for fixed installation
