1.Brief Introduction:

  High quality New Brand 14kW HY-CB40A car Spray Booths painting booths baking oven is mainly used for painting and curing the car paints. so it also could be called Car paint spray booth.

 while painting, the outside air will be intaked to the top of the booth via intake fan filtered by the pre-filter,and then goes into the booth inside via the roof filter. The air inside the booth flow down at 0.2-0.4m/s thus to make the oversprayed paints can not stay in the air and be exhausted outside via the floor exhaust hole. The continous circulation ensures the air clean density inside the boothbe up to 98% and  the pressurised air could make stable air flow to deduct the oversprayed paints and to ensure the painting quality. 

while curing and baking, adjust the air damp at the baking and curing status, the temperature inside the booth inceased to the baking temperature(55-60degree) quickly via the hot air circulation. the filtered fresh air exchanges the heat capacity via the heat converter, and be sent to the top plenum of the spray booth via intake fan. Then the most of the hot air would be heated and reused again thus could make the temperature of the booth inside increase fast. The conbustor will stop automatically When the temperature reaches the set temperature; The fan and burner are automatically turned on again when the temperature drops to the set temperature, so that the temperature inside the paint room is kept relatively constant. Finally, when the paint time reaches the set time, the control of the car paint spray booth is automatically shut down and the baking and curing process finishes.
