(1), primary maintenance
Daily maintenance is mainly done by post work and is carried out every day.
1. Check whether there are any materials, tools and debris stacked on the conveyor line before going to work every day. Will it affect the normal operation;
2. after the machine is shut down before going to work every day, remove all kinds of waste residue from the working area of the conveyor.
(two), secondary maintenance
Secondary maintenance should be carried out regularly by a special person (special class), usually once every one to two months.
1. Check if the drum has a curved depression;
2. Check whether the drum mounting rail has bending deformation, and whether the connecting screws of the rails, brackets, etc. Are loose, and adjust;
