High chrome liner is manufactured by the highest-grade materials. the outer shell is made of forging high strength carbon or alloy steel. the inner sleeve is manufactured from a proprietary high chrome content iron alloy that offers excellent resistance to wear, chrome content is not less than 27%.

RPS ceramic liners combine the strength of a forged steel outer shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve

the outer hull material is manufactured from alloy steel to increase yield strength and aid in fatigue resistance. the ceramic inner sleeves are corrosion resistant and have a smoother surface finish for reduced friction and heat.
