Q1. ARe there any inventory samples in your current warehouse?

A:Yes, we do. but because different customers have different requirements, even if the voltage and capacity are the same, other parameters may also be different. as soon as you confirm the order, we can finish the sample quickly.

 

Q2. WHen is it involved in mass production, when will it be delivered?

A:It depends mainly on quantity, materials, battery models,etc.  Usually it is 15 days. Our proposal is to check the delivery time according to the situation.

 

Q3. WHat kind of certificate can you provide for the battery?

A:We do not have an existing certificate now, because this is a custom design. If you agree to pay the certificate, we can apply for relevant certificates, such as CE, UL and UN383.  of course, if your number is large enough, you can refund the certificate fee.

 

Q4. DO you have a battery charger?

A: Yes, we do. You can refer to the charger when you send another query, if you still need a charger, but please note that the charge is not included in the cost of the battery.
