the Company
Zhejiang Boao Aluminum Co., Ltd., is a large-scaled private factory specialized in the design, production and sales of aluminum profiles of doors, windows, curtain wall and industry use, and etc. the factory is in the city of Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, in the south of beautiful Taihu Lake, and west of Shanghai, which is of convenient transportation with many high ways and railways around.
the factory owns 12 extrusion machines with 3000t-600t series,2 imported vertical painting (PVDF and powder coating) plants, 2 horizontal powder coating machines, 6 process machines for break bridge profiles, 1 anodizing, and 2 wood grain plants with annual production output of nearly 60000 tons of aluminum profiles. It covers the area of 100000 sqm including building area 80000 sqm and owns over 500 employees. the total capital exceeds 800 million.

with reinforced technical strength like with many experienced experts in door/window system design, and nearly 20 middle/senior technicians, the company centers on technical innovation by putting new energy-saving technology into use of door/window system. We have developed many series of system like G86 anti water leakage door and window, G105A/GW65 system high performance door/window, and Q65/Q70 charming curtain wall etc. In combination of 32 years'door/window design experience. the factory has applied for over 150 national patents, especially belt insert-glue pour product which ensures the no water leakage by combination of strength of belt insert and anti water leakage performance of glue pour profiles. this kind of product is very popular among customers and well used all around China, especially Yangtze River Delta including Shanghai City, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces. Now we have established cooperation relationship with some Top-20 real estate companies.
