Polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN) is a synthesized mass of randomly orientated cubic boron nitride (CBN) particles, bound by a ceramic binder phase.

the brake drum material is mostly gray cast iron. in the past, traditional coated cemented carbide blades or ceramic blades are usually selected. Generally, only about 20-50 pieces can be processed at each blade tip.

the multi-blade indexable BT7800 PCBN blade introduced by zhengzhou bote is made of metal adhesive with high hardness and abrasion resistance. It can process 70-100 pieces per blade, greatly improving production efficiency and is an ideal choice for cutting gray cast iron.
