Shaking table Application and Performance

Shaking table is one of the main equipment for gravity classification, which is widely applied in the classification of tungsten, tin, tantalum, columbium and other rare metal and precious metal ore. Shaking table is designed for wet gravoty-base separatiom of minerla and other granular materials. It is effective in processing precious and base metal, rare and non-metallic minerals.

Shaking Table Structure

 the shaking table consists of transmission, electromotor, slope adjuster, bed, ore groove, water groove and luconstruction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil pump.

 1. Decks of shaking table

 the decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, requiring little maintenance. the fiberglass decks also have the characteristic of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance.

 2. Feed box and water box of shaking table

 A wooden feeding box with hooper and long water box are attached to the iron of deck, feeding evenly,and stable inside, the final ore concentrate and the final.

Shaking Table Working Principle

the ore group is fed from the feeding tank at the corner of the 6s shaker bed. at the same time, the horizontal flushing water is supplied from the water supply tank, so the gravity and friction of the ore particles in the lateral direction, and the inertia and friction generated by the reciprocating asymmetric movement of the bed surface. under the action of force, it is layered according to specific gravity and particle size, and moves longitudinally along the bed surface and laterally along the inclined bed surface. the ore particles with different specific gravity and particle size gradually fan down along their respective movement directions, respectively, which are discharged from the different areas of the shaker concentrate end and the tailings side, and finally divided into concentrate, medium ore and tailings.
