Intended use

the Folate ELISA kit is an enzymeimmunoassay intended for the quantitative determination of Folate in human serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological uids.

Test principle Competitive binding protein assay. Total duration of assay: 75 minutes.

Measuring range

1.5-25 ng/mL (dened by the lower detection limit and the maximum of the master curve). the functional sensitivity is 1.5 ng/mL. Values below the detection limit are reported as < 1.5 ng/mL. Values above the measuring range are reported as > 25 ng/mL.
