PBO felt pad also known as Felt strip, Industrial Felt Belt etc. It is made of high temperature fiber PBO + Kevlar fiber + high temperature fabric,the color is brown + yellow,up to 600c degrees high temperature,for the extruder discharge port,that could improve the scratch and black marks caused by graphite,especially suitable for the production of aluminum products with high requirements,if it is Heavy-duty extruders, PBO blocks can also be used as a movable beam for their first-stage cooling beds.

Application

Applied to extrusion machine's run out table to replace the graphite material

Aluminium extrusion press exit, especially for thos demanding profiles

as the substitute for graphite slats, 600 PBO Pad is mainly used on the very beginning of the extruders press spout, avoiding scratches and dark marks caused by graphite. It is especially suitable for those demanding extruded profiles.
