When fill water into jacket, turn on heater, the jacket can heat up to around 80. with such the inside gelatin solution can keep a constant temperature at 60. It is very necessary for gelatin preparation. both gelatin and medicine solution are kept in service tanks before filled onto encapsulation machine. this is to make sure the encapsulation process goes on successfully without interruption, to make a batch production successfully.
