PTFE Fluoropolymer Properties
1, Non-viscous: almost all substances do not adhere to PTFE coating film. Even thin films also show good non-adhesion. 
2, Heat resistance: PTFE coating film has excellent heat and low temperature resistance characteristics. It can withstand high temperature to 300 for a short time and can be used continuously from 240 to 260. It has remarkable thermal stability. It can work at freezing temperature without embrittlement and does not melt at high temperature. 
3, Slippery: PTFE coating film has lower friction coefficient. the friction coefficient changes when the load is sliding, but the value is only between 0.05 and 0.15. 
4, Moisture resistance: polytetrafluoroethylene coating surface does not touch water and oil, not easy to touch the solution during production operation, if there is a small amount of dirt, a simple wipe can be removed. Short downtime, save working hours and improve work efficiency. 
5, Wear resistance: under high load, it has excellent wear resistance. under a certain load, it has the dual advantages of anti-wear and non-adhesion. 
6, Corrosion resistance: PTFE is almost uncorroded by drugs and can withstand all strong acids and strong oxidants,  Reducing agents and various organic solvents, except for molten alkali metals, fluorinated media and sodium hydroxide above 300.Can protect parts from any kind of chemical corrosion.
