General description
this is a type of double sided PCB built on high frequency substrate with Tg 288C for the
Application of 4G WiFi Module. It's 0.8 mm thick, white silkscreen over green solder mask.
All via's are open to air. Pads are plated by immersion gold. the base material is used from
Rogers RO4350B, entire board supplying 1 PCB up. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class
2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 25 panels are packed for shipment.
