Intended use
the beta-lactams & tetracyclines combo test kit is a lateral flow assay that determines a qualitative level for the presence of both beta-lactam and tetracycline antibiotic residues in raw cow's milk. this test is designed for rapid field use or daily control in laboratories.

Assay procedure: 
the rapid strips and microwell should be at room temperature (20-25c) before usetake out the same quantity microwells and strips as samples to be tested from the pot,and write one them an identification number.Place the microwells in incubator shows 37c.Pipet 200ul cold raw milk to reaction well and mix completely by pipetting up and down 5 times,and then incubate mixture for5 min.Add dipsticks to reaction well after first incubation,and then incubate the mixture for 5min again. take out the dipsticks from the microwells and remove the pad of dipstick after second incubation,then visually interpret result using the diagram or reader 
Result:
Negative sample (-): t line(t1) signal intensity is stronger than or the same as the signal at the c-line indicates a negative result; t line(t2) signal intensity is stronger than or the same as the signal at the c-line indicates a negative result; 
Positive sample (+): signal at t line(t1) is equal or less intense compared to the c-line indicates a positive result.Signal at t line(t2) is equal or less intense compared to the c line indicates a positive result.
Invalid results: 
the test is invalid if no colored line appears in the c-line area even if a colored line apprears in the t-line area. Re-test sample if broken lines are observed.
Storage and expiry date: 
Store the kits at the temperature room 2-8c,keep them in a cool place and avoid the sunlight.Please do not freeze and dampthe expiry date of kit is 12 monthspls see the expiry date and lot number from outer pack
