Steel hot galvanizing zinc pot designed and made by our company.Galvanizing zinc pot is widely used in various hot galvanizing production lines.the zinc pot have many characteristics.for example long life, quick heat conduction , even heating area and so on.

through continuous improvement of the technology,  damage during the heating process of the zinc pot that special treatment is carried out in the areas prone, which significantly improves the service life of the product and further reduces the production cost.

1  Appearance Features

There is  flat or  structure bottom rounder corner in the zinc pot body. Each piece of the pot body is slowly deformed under the high pressure of the hydraulic press to form a curved surface, and each structure body is then welded to form a whole.The hook point is welded at the four corners of the pot body. The pot body is more easy to  transportation and installation

2  Material  
Pot body steel plate is made of special galvanized XG08 steel plate produced by angang.since molten zinc is highly corrosive to steel, the zinc pan made of XG08 steel can effectively extend the service life.All the materials of our wok body are XG08, and we won't choose different plates in different regions to reduce the cost of the finished product.and some of the steel plate is produced by other domestic manufacturers XT08 06 and other low quality plate.

3  Process

Apply ultrasonic inspection to each welding joint after completion of welding, and provide welding inspection report.
