Product introduction

FRP water tank is assembled by high quality SMC water tank board. Its characteristics are the use of food-grade resin, so the water quality is good, clean and pollution-free, the product has high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, long service life, easy maintenance and management and other characteristics.

Installation method

1. When the box is installed, no less than 800 mm repair passage is left between the box body and the wall, and no less than 500 mm is left between the top and bottom of the box.

2. Concrete strip foundation should be done well in civil construction.

3. after assembly, the outlet and discharge pipes should be closed, and the intake pipes should be opened. 24 hours after filling the water, no leakage is qualified.

4. Provide construction power supply and check sealing water at construction site.

 

Notices for Installation and Debugging

Concrete strip beam or I-beam can be used for water tank foundation. the top of the water tank is diagonally provided with an air permeable filter device. Tendons are used inside the water tank. All nozzle flanges are 1.0 MPa standard flanges.
